Don't expect Kate to stress about slimming down for the big night either! The six-time Academy Award nominee claims that crazy diets and workouts are not for her."I have not done a stitch of exercise since October. I literally have not had the time. Julia Roberts Returns to the Spotlight

Julia Roberts has kept a relatively low profile since she married cameraman Danny Moder in 2002. Instead of making movies, the popular actress put her career on the back burner to focus on being a mom to her three children: 4-year-old twins Hazel and Finn, and Henry, who is almost 2. In Allure magazine's March 2009 issue, Roberts talks openly about motherhood, men, money, and the fact that she's over being called "America's Sweetheart." That doesn't mean she doesn't like being a star. In fact, she kind of enjoys it ... until her kids become a target.

"I think it should be against the law to take a picture of a celebritys child," notes Julia. "And all the, like, 'Who's got the cutest baby?' I had to restore my faith in people when, one night, I was on the computer, and I ended up stumbling upon some pictures I had never seen of my children playing at a park. What upset me was all these comments like, 'One is cute; that other one sure is ugly.'" People can be so mean!

Despite this downside of celebrity, the 41-year-old actress, who says she is "very fulfilled" in her home life, is ready to return to the spotlight. "A lot of the mom struggle in life is that everything happens within the four walls of the home, and it can lose its luster a little bit, maybe," she admits. "You just have to bring it in from the outside sometimes."

That's why she signed on to star in two new flicks: "Duplicity" (which reunites her with "Closer" costar Clive Owen), and the family drama, "Fireflies in the Garden," which gave her the chance to work with her hubby, who was the film's director of photography. "There's a great combination of nerves and comfort that I get with him -- the one who's looking at me through the camera," she shares.

And there's no one that she'd rather be looking at than Danny. "The key to beauty is always to be looking at someone who loves you, really," she notes. "[And] the coolest thing you can do for your children is to love each other in their presence. I'm the luckiest girl in town, I really am."

Dina Lohan Defends Lindsay's Thin Frame

Lindsay Lohan fended off attacks earlier this week, after her thin frame became the focus of attention. And now, her mom is stepping up to defend her daughter.

In a new interview for Access Hollywood and "The Billy Bush Show," Dina Lohan defended Lindsay's skinny physique.

"I don't know why people care about other people's weight. I think they should look in their own mirror and stare at themselves," Dina told Billy. "I'm a mom. If I see my daughter a little thin, I say, 'Eat more McDonald's.'"

Earlier this week, Lindsay also referred to the fast-food chain in defending herself from comments in the media suggesting she and girlfriend Samantha Ronson were in competition to see who could become thinner.

"I eat. I had my Big Mac yesterday from McDonald's," Lindsay told Us Weekly on Monday. "I eat as much as I always have."

Still, Dina says it wouldn't kill her daughter to add a few pounds.

"I told Lindsay I think she's a little thin," Dina admitted. "But we go through this every couple of months. My daughter is happy and healthy and that's all that really matters."

Dealing with tabloid attention is certainly nothing new for Dina and her family and she said it's something they've learned to ignore.

"We try to keep it at bay and not really read it or engage in it because it's just other people's opinions," she continued. "We've got hit pretty hard in the past, so we don't really go there."

Salma Hayek Marries on Valentine's Day

Salma Hayek picked a romance-lover's ideal time and place for her wedding: Valentine's Day in Paris. The Mexican-born actress wed French magnate Francois-Henri Pinault in a civil ceremony Saturday at the City Hall in Paris' chic 6th arrondissement, according to an official there.

The wedding was a small affair, said the official, who was speaking on condition of anonymity, in accordance with policy.

The nuptials followed a rocky romance. The two met in Italy in 2006, announced their engagement and had a baby, Valentina Paloma, in September 2007. Last year they broke off their engagement but made up a few months later.

Hayek, 42, was nominated for an Oscar in 2003 for the film "Frida," the biography of the painter Frida Kahlo, which she produced and starred in. She is one of the executive producers of the hit series "Ugly Betty" and is also the chief executive of Ventanazul, a production company she formed with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc.

Pinault, 46, is chief executive of the French luxury and retail group PPR SA, which owns high-end labels such as Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga and Puma.
